Why are there separate county websites?
Each county site can answer local property and town questions in more depth while the parent site explains cross-county services and commercial capability.
Can I enquire if my town is not listed?
Yes. Town lists are navigation aids rather than a closed service boundary. Include the postcode so coverage can be checked.
Are rural and coastal properties included?
They can be. Exposure, access, ground conditions, plant space and electricity may change the assessment, so the specific site must be reviewed.
Does local context prove heat-pump suitability?
